“Absolutely over then moon with the work Helen has done for me, the finished result exceeded expectations. I asked for my grandma's wedding ring to be redesigned into a wedding ring for myself as the original was to wide for me. Helen actually made 2 rings, one from the engraved end cuts from the original ( her idea ) aswell as redesigning the actual ring with a celtic knot design. Helen kept me updated throughout the process and is genuinely a lovely lady, would highly recommend her x”

“Great shop! I really enjoy visiting Riva at Knutsford. They have a great range of good brands and are very helpful without being pushy at all. Also, you are not over-face with choices, though there is plenty more at the online store. Always a pleasure to visit. The brands can be higher end price - wise, but I have yet to regret anything I have bought here!”

“i am very grate full for every thing the staff did for me they helped me in a part of my life when not even my family would. i love my Nan she is a very important but she is on the edge and is very sick she has worked for all her life and is very comfortable with all the money she has she could easily buy what ever she wants e.g. a lambo but the thing is she doesn't need it and i do so i hatched a plan to earn the money that i need. i took her to this store and had a plan i wont go into specifics but it involved a tramplalen and some jelly it didn't go to plan when i was inside the store i convinced one of the employees to help me so after a wile of look around we leave and i get ready for the new plan as we leave the store i pretend to for get something in inside and leave her in the middle of the road then BANG she gets punted four feet and dies i scream in joy. after the funeral i get a couple milli and frames the employee he gets nothing and im rich”

Helped with zipping all dresses , advising and made me feel like I would be there with a friend.
