“Gluten free menu attached as I couldn't find it online. Some good options, food came quickly and was hot. I wished there were chips on the gluten free menu but jacket potatoes were a nice change. Service was slightly slow but was rectified quickly. They have gluten free beer which is nice. It was very busy which was nice to see considering it's tucked away.”

“Forgot all my work shirts last week for a convention at Mottram Hall. This is a proper old fashioned customer service shop and I loved it!! Paul the expert in the shop got me fitted up with three of their excellent Remus Uomo shirts that fitted perfectly then I got three Paul Smith shirts too! Shop smells good and the customer service is second to none. Even though I live 208miles away I will be buying online….after first speaking to Paul of course! Why are shops as good as this one so few and far between these days!!!”

“Haven’t been here for a good few years. Used to go regularly but got bored of the flavours and prices went up. Went today as we were craving for authentic halal Chinese food. The food was amazing. From the squid to the prawn balls. The egg fried was nice. The best had to be the roast duck in black bean sauce. The flavours were deliges and the duck tasted good. The complimentary prawn crackers were a good touch. Will be definitely coming here again soon.”

“This is a generally busy Nero coffee shop located near Manchester Royal Hospital and Manchester University. It is very close to the Whitworth Gallery. I like the coffee in Nero coffee shops. It is generally consistent. The staff in this particular branch are always friendly and helpful with good service. They keep the place tidy. My only criticism is that like many Nero Coffee shops the furniture is looking somewhat tired and in need of a refresh.”

Umran, in my opinion is the best barber I have ever had at any time in the whole of the UK. The service and attention to detail is exceptional in every sense. “This is a huge store but very well set out. Coffee shop is great and although you had to order via a machine your coffee and sandwich was delivered to the table. It was very busy but the service was great. The table next to me had not understood the ordering correctly and over ordered so when the drinks were delivered there were too many. The lady waiting the table was so kind she sorted them out without causing and issue and organised a refund too. Very thoughtful. Sometimes we older people don't understand these machines and it would be a better idea in my opinion if there was someone there to assist with this or just by asking older people if they would like assistance ordering. As I said it was rather busy but well done to the lady who sorted it out.”

“I got a balayage done by Lauren and she was absolutely amazing! I have quite dark hair and she managed to get my hair quite light, blonde and ashy in one sitting! She also ensured that my haircut and colour suited my face shape and skin tone! She was very observant and listened, the blow out was perfect! “I brought my watch into Harrington and Hallworth in Wilmslow on Monday because the clasp on the bracelet kept unfastening. Tim mended my watch promptly and made an adjustment to the bracelet. I was delighted with the friendliness, helpfulness and kindness of the staff, both the lady who took the watch from me and booked it in and Tim who worked on it and returned it to me so quickly and did not charge me for his work. A really excellent experience. Thank you so much.”
