“From the first telephone contact with My Fitted Bedroom to Malcoms face to face design visit to the ordering process and the final day of fitting we couldn’t have felt more in safe hands- Malcom listened to our needs and wants- guided us to the right design and look at a really good value for money price (much lower then feared) and in no time at all the fitters Bob and Brett came with an expected 2-3 day fitting period but completed it all carefully and beautifully in 1 day - no mess no fuss just prompt friendly helpful service from everyone involved- and we now have a fabulous bedroom with beautifully looking, perfectly fitted wardrobes and drawers that are great quality and meets all our needs. “Fantastic. Saw a scs sofa on their eBay shop. Drove to their warehouse to view as I knew sofa was probably ex display scs and wanted to check it over. It was brand new and We paid one 3rd of the scs price and delivery was 6 days later (today 31st Jan 2018) To all moaning about delivery if you buy a new sofa from scs/dfs you wait 8 weeks as it needs to be shipped from China. Scs/dfs say 0% finance but the finance costs are hidden in price. We waited 6 days as they need to fill their van in area order to deliver. The driver even set up sofa in lounge and moved our older one into spare lounge. I'd recommend this company to my friends and family. Yes it's a discount warehouse full of all sorts of furniture and prices are reflected in that. They are not paying prime rent for shiny glass building on a modern retail park. Happy buyer. John.”

“Excellent ! Cannot fault at all. I searched the net and stumbled upon this gem of a manufacturer. Went to visit the warehouse the sofas are no different to other retailers charging 2k plus for similar furniture. Was greeted by a lady called kate who was very helpful and informative. Picked my sofa and had it delivered 3 hours later in November! Other stores such as dfs quoting 10 week delivery times. Quality is fabulous. Me and my sister also met the gentleman who ran the business he was very polite and helpful. After purchasing i did read some reviews below and honestly i do not see how people had such issues. I paid the balance in full by bank transfer although only a small deposit was required in advance and goods was delivered exactly when they said they would. I checked the goods before i purchased them and seen the other stock they had. Thank you so much for wonderful service and great products. “The first plus is the service. Everyone we encountered was super helpful, polite and generous with their time!! The room we had was spacious, clean and very comfortable! We slept very well! The neighborhood is very nice. Avenues lined with mature trees and attractive houses. 15 minutes to airport without extra traffic. 7 minutes by car, into adorable town with great and varied restaurant options! Oh, and affordable for this retired couple.”
