He took time to explain our options very clearly so my husband felt able to make well-informed choices about his treatment. Prof Grey's secretary, Nicola, was tremendous: always approachable and very efficient; often a detailed letter summarising our discussions and next steps would have popped up in our email by the time we had arrived home from our consultation. “Adam from South Manchester Heating did a superb job for us last week. This involved diagnosing and fixing the problem with our central heating. Adam called Worcester Bosch for us to explain the problem for them to come and check out the boiler (the next day!). Adam the replaced the pump and isolation valves (without draining the system!) and is also helping us sort out problems with our kitchen underfloor heating which has never worked properly. I have tried many other companies but trust the knowledgeable and experienced team at SMH to understand and sort the problems out. Highly recommended. Great job, thanks very much!”

“Entrance to the UKVCAS centre is side of the building not through the St James Tower main entrance. There are plenty of parking spaces surrounding area. People are advised not go there early; they don’t have much waiting space inside. Only applicants are allowed to go inside. My wife had an appointment at 3:30 PM. We reached there 5 minutes before the appointment and receptionist let my wife in. It took 30 minutes to complete the process.”

“Stayed here for a night and had a really lovely experience. The hotel is beautifully designed, the room was stylish and comfortable, and the location is ideal, right in the city but surprisingly quiet, even with the trams nearby. The staff were friendly, the bar downstairs was great for a drink, and breakfast in the morning was solid. The only small hiccup was that I'd requested a sewing kit, and it didn’t get brought up as promised, so I had to go down to reception to get it myself, which made me a bit late. I understand things get busy, though. Aside from that, everything else was great. I’ve stayed at a few Hotel Indigos and this one definitely held up, I’d be happy to stay again.”

“Honestly, this place was fantastic - i stayed here for just over a week on business - the first thing that struck me was how clean the property was and also the size of it. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook food, the bathroom had toiletries, and the bed was super comfy - even had a balcony. Couldn't believe it for the price really to say it was central Manchester. The staff were also massively accomodating, any query i had they were more than happy to sort. I will definitely be returning here when i next go to Manchester with work.”
