Calming lighting and music, gorgeous smelling oils and amazing all over body massage that relaxed me for hours. The facial was great as well - lots scrubs and lotions and my skin felt so fresh and soft afterwards. I can be a bit sensitive to some creams but not so much as a blemish this time. She took her time with me during my consultation to make sure she knew what I wanted and didn't want and kept me in the loop during every process. My hair came out incredibly stunning. I even brought my 6 months old son to my appointment and was so understanding when I had to tend to him. She had plenty cuddles aswell. I also came in the following day for my first ever spray tan with macy and was nervous as didn't know what to expect. She talked me through the process and I instantly felt at ease and comfortable.
