“Lucas is top notch. I've been for sports massages a few times now with different issues and he's done an exceptional job. I went with a pulled back that he sorted in one sitting. He talked me through everything and explained the recovery times and what was going to happen and he was spot on. My favourite thing has to be how genuine he is. I've been for a lot of sports massages and even chiropractors in the passed and I've always felt like they try to help without fully fixing the problem so you have to go back. This is not the case here though, Lucas doesn't mess about and does his best to fix the problem and explains the steps I should take if it doesn't work. He genuinely cares and wants you to get better, rather than just trying to rinse you for money. Very professional and friendly and very knowledgeable about his work.
