He took a great deal of care over every little job and offered good advice where appropriate. He has a friendly demeanour and as an older woman alone, I felt safe having him in the house. Adam called Worcester Bosch for us to explain the problem for them to come and check out the boiler (the next day!). Adam the replaced the pump and isolation valves (without draining the system!) and is also helping us sort out problems with our kitchen underfloor heating which has never worked properly.
