“What a gem of a place. This is one of the most authentic and pleasent Italian places I had the pleasure to eat at in a very long time. Let's say that if I lived in theare me and my girlfriend would most definitely weight a few more stones/Kgs. As well as the food it is cosy, attentive stuff, quick enough service (to not make you think they want you out of the door) definitely a must try.... Book of you can as space is limited.”

“Went here for a after-work meal, and the staff were fabulous. We asked if we could have a veggie banquet as it wasn't listed on the menu and they were so accommodating. The food was really good, and we were made to feel very welcome. Really good veggie food and options. Will definitely be returning.”

Called in the place across the road the week before and as always just unpleasant and not at all helpful, what a contrast the Chat Massalla was! The grey beard chap was very polite without that over ingratiating manner you can get. I had the Garlic Chicken Hayderbady, well presented, tasty, and nicely cooked. If I was to be over critical I would have liked it to have a bit more chilli heat. The boiled rice was boiled rice, and the Chapatis were very substantial. I normally order 4, but I only ordered 2, and they were enough. Well a try and the price seemed to be the going rate.”

The food has always been delicious from chips with the Chinese flavoured gravy to the excellent Chinese meals. Sun Lok has always set the benchmark for a chippy in Stalybridge and if they joined a delivery provider likeJusteat, I as well as many others would order from here more often.”

“Second time I’ve tried this chippy and both times have been great! Not sure where the bad reviews come from? Salt and pepper chips were nice and spicy and the mini veg spring rolls were perfect! Tried the curry sauce and battered sausage as well and they were great also! Will definitely be ordering from here again, our new favourite chinese!”

The chops and the rest of the food did not disappoint, the chops where tender and full of flavour, the curry sauce was a great portion and the garlic cheese naan was the best I’ve ever had. I also tried their American Cheese & Bacon Burger and honestly, it tasted just like the original Burger King – juicy, cheesy, and cooked to perfection. Proper nostalgia! “Had takeaway from here for the first time last Wednesday. It won't be the last! The food was lovely. I made my own veggie pizza which was really tasty, my dad had a Hawaiian pizza which he enjoyed and my mum had a gourmet burger which she said was really nice. We ordered chips and onion rings also. Before the food came, we had been saying how takeaway chips aren't usually that nice as they are quite soggy, however, we were pleasantly surprised at these as they were lovely and crispy, as were the onion rings. The delivery driver was very friendly as well. We will be regular customers here!”
