“This a a very well kept public car park. The lifts are clean and the attendant can often be see walking around on duty. Last month I miss placed my phone and when i rang it a kind gentleman answered only to tell me I had left it on the pay machine. He had it in his office waiting for me. When I arrived back the gentleman Patrick was very polite and opened the barrier so I don't have to pay for the car park again. He is a Real treasure, lovely meeting you Patrick. “My name is Ahlam, I am 19 years old, and my student number is 1485206. I’m really proud to be in my second year at The Manchester College, Shena Simon Campus. I’m really enjoying my time here.The teachers and staff are so supportive and helpful. I’ve learned a lot and feel more confident every day. It’s a great place to study! Last year, I completed the ESOL (16-18) Entry 3 course with the teacher Mark Gourlay , which helped me build my English skills and confidence. This year, I’m studying Functional Skills English and Maths with the adult group, and I’m really enjoying it. The teachers here are fantastic — my Maths teacher, Maryama Gholami, and my English teacher, Nuzhat Siddique, and my IT Teacher Asif Saleh are all very supportive, kind, and always explain everything clearly. They always take the time to help every student and make sure we all understand the lesson. The staff are else very helpful and friendly. Whenever I need help or have a question, there is always someone there to support me. The college offers so many great facilities, and the learning environment is very comfortable and welcoming. I’ve learned so much since I joined, not just in English and Maths, but also about communication, teamwork, and confidence. I feel really happy and safe here, and I enjoy coming to college every day. The Manchester College has given me a great experience, and I’m very thankful to be part of it. I would definitely recommend this college to anyone who wants to improve their skills and achieve their goals.”

“This pharmacy is my nominated one & the speed at which my repeat prescription was ready to collect was amazing the staff are always helpful and the reviews here are somewhat dated so I’d like previous reviewers to know this chemist is efficient the problems previously are a distant memory are no more & they offer a great service to the local community & have done to me for many years I don’t believe that you get the credit you deserve and not an easy job in these difficult time so having verbally given you my feedback today as I said am adding it here also for all to see and long may you continue to be effective efficient & speedy in these difficult times we all encounter Positive feedback Can be rare but I am a great believer that when credit is due it should be given ad this is long overdue”

“My daughter came today with my grandson from school. He had a active growing rash all over his body and had been off school in the week with a bug. . My daughter explained she couldn't get a doctor's appointment. The head pharmacist took photos and went across to the doctors for advice. He then came back explaining everything to my daughter. Thankyou. My daughter is extremely grateful for the time and care you took with her. He prescribed a powerful antihistamine as piriton was given at school with no luck.”

“Great service and friendly staff. There are several people in the back area, but you are never ignored. The reason they don't come rushing out to you is they are fulfilling prescriptions which take time, and need to be checked by the pharmacist. Would you like them to rush your medication and get it wrong?”

I was a little bit worried before I went because I usually have my vaccination at the GPs but I was struggling to get an appointment so decided to book in at the pharmacy instead.
