“Recently had a Titan 2 Bed frame delivered by TVBedStore, Mark and his colleague dropped off the bed and took it up the stairs. They worked extremely hard to get it up but unfortunately new builds don’t allow enough room to get the frame up! With a bit of patience and persistent from the pair, they managed to get the frame up the stairs and into our Bedroom. Mark set the Bed frame up and put our televisions in it. The service Mark has provided along the way has been nothing shy of spectacular. Not only would I recommend the prices advertised by this company, but also the service provided is phenomenal. Can’t recommend this company enough, they will do everything within their power to get your bed into the correct position. (Just make sure you measure the route to the room to make sure it goes, some of these beds are gigantic).”

I ordered on 22.04.25 and my sofa bed and kitchen dining were delivered on 25.04.25. Other shops have waiting times of 6-11 weeks. Had I not ordered my beds already I would have got them from here. Delivery guys Darren and Connor were great too! very happy customer”

“We needed a new kitchen as ours had been in since 1995 We saw Wren had offers on so made an appointment to get started. We had a few appointments to select the kitchen that we wanted also for the measuring up. We chose a lovely cashmere colour for the units which we are really pleased with. The fitter came and gave us an estate as to how much it would cost to fit it all again we were pleased with the estimate. The work took longer than expected due to 2 items which were damaged and we had to wait a week for replacements The replacements arrived on time but had to wait for the fitter to come back as he was doing another job. He did what he could but then he didn't have enough up stand so again we had to order some and that was another week. We are very pleased with the kitchen and all 6 new appliances and the flooring We would recommend Wren”

“Amazing experience! I got my conch pierced today by Vikki and I have nothing bad to say! Despite me having several other cartilage piercings I was terrified of my conch but she calmed my nerves and assured me that it’s one of the easier piercings! She was gentle but quick, making sure I was okay afterward! We went through the aftercare advice and she was very kind and professional. I’m in love with my new piercing - 10/10 experience! “i am very grate full for every thing the staff did for me they helped me in a part of my life when not even my family would. i love my Nan she is a very important but she is on the edge and is very sick she has worked for all her life and is very comfortable with all the money she has she could easily buy what ever she wants e.g. a lambo but the thing is she doesn't need it and i do so i hatched a plan to earn the money that i need. i took her to this store and had a plan i wont go into specifics but it involved a tramplalen and some jelly it didn't go to plan when i was inside the store i convinced one of the employees to help me so after a wile of look around we leave and i get ready for the new plan as we leave the store i pretend to for get something in inside and leave her in the middle of the road then BANG she gets punted four feet and dies i scream in joy. after the funeral i get a couple milli and frames the employee he gets nothing and im rich”

“~1115 hours Sunday 16/02/25 Excellent Customer Service I rang this store on 3 separate occasions, with 3 different female staff members answering the phone promptly on first ring. All ladies took details of my request and went away to check my request/stock levels etc. unfortunately my call line kept disconnecting. However the 3rd lady I spoke with explained they had spoken with each other and left a message for me explaining they did attempt to recall me but were unable to do so, the product I requested was not in stock and advised me how to contact Adidas Customer Service Centre. I would like to thank all 3 ladies for their excellent customer service, pleasant telephone manners and expert knowledge, I know one of the ladies was a Manager in the store and will be able to highlight and pass on my thanks to her team members.
