“I have been shopping here recently mainly for Indian groceries. They are very polite and courteous towards customers and the groceries that we got are quite fresh and are of good quality. “Been in a few times since it has re-opened and it is belting, not many places like this left, plenty of rooms, plenty of screens, beer garden is a real suntrap and the atmosphere is great, staff are friendly and it's good to have the Railway back open, ate here for the first time today and can't recommend the Pizza's enough, proper wood fired oven makes all the difference. “Really lovely pub with a restaurant feel in the main dining area, and a super dog-friendly dining experience in the Garden Room. Our server, Charlotte, was very friendly and attentive. Really appreciated the card on our table, wishing our Mum a happy birthday, along with a complimentary drink. Only downside was the dreadful smell from drains in the ladies. Will definitely return.”

“Visited for dinner, we both wanted the pie and chips, no pies left., We then chose fish and chips and they had to check if they had fish. We were about to leave, but they had two left. The food arrived and we were pleased either the good, fish was excellent, large, chunky fish and good batter. The pub was a bit smelly, tables very sticky. Toilets really clean and tidy. Not too busy on a Monday afternoon. The pub is next to the golf course, with a great view. The pub could be so much nicer and it would increase footfall from golfers too.”

“Great cafe hidden away at the back of the shop. The service was Stellar, great choice of teas, coffees and breads with the food. I had eggs Royale and they were perfect. Runny poached eggs and delicious sauce. My other half had the traditional grill, which was a delicious and hearty breakfast. Our friend had the scrambled eggs and avocado and the portion was huge, and it was delicious! Definitely recommend and would come here again any day! 11/10.”
