I saw Dr. Adrian and Heather for my initial check up , they were absolutely amazing , very professional and explained clearly about the options I have. Thank you very much for your great and outstanding services, you are the best ever dental practice that I came across and I will be definitely coming back if I have anymore dental issues . “I want to say thank you to Doug for a fantastic recovery for me and I couldn’t recommend Doug and the Altius team enough. I had what originally was seen as a groin injury by the original physio I went to that I got playing football. I ended up at 2 different physio organisations that weren’t Altius, went through 6-8 week groin recovery treatment both times but the issue didn’t go away either time. I went to Doug and Altius and it turned out I had a torn adductor and also a double hernia. Doug put a plan to put a focus on repairing the adductor first, then have surgery on the hernias followed by physio recovery of the hernias surgery. The recovery program was very focussed on building things up, not pushing past where things were ready and ultimately rebuilding strength, flexibility at the right pace. I went from thinking I was probably never going to play football again at times during the injury recovery to now having been back playing for 4 months and have no limitations around mobility and feel great playing again. Very professional, clear on the recovery processes and confident that things would get back to normal after time which helped with my belief about getting back playing again. L”

Have paid five times the price for a treatment elsewhere and not had as lovely an experience as this, but from start to finish everything was perfect and felt like a real luxury. “I recently visited Tomas Dental Clinic and had a really great experience. I was greeted by the dental nurse, Rosita, who was friendly and welcoming. The hygiene therapist, Suzie Rowley, was amazing — very knowledgeable and took her time to explain everything as she went along. “Jasanmol was lovely, I had a brow wax and tint very last minute and she was able to fit me in. She talked me through the process and then always asked if it was ok before she applied the wax/ tint. We had a lovely chat too!”

“I just wanted to take the time out to leave this hairdressers a review. It was my first time I went there to get my hair cut as I was recommended this place by a friend. I’m so fussy with who cuts my hair and always scared if it get ruined as I’ve had many bad experience with hairdressers due to me having long hair and getting it cut to short. I was greeted by Sophie stunning young woman and such a lovely person she did an incredible job and I’m so so happy with my cut and layers. I will 100% be coming back to cut my hair cut done by here again as I was on the search to find someone for the long run. “Went to this salon today for the first time and Jess cut my hair, dont think I've ever had a better salon experience. Firstly as someone neurodivergent the atmosmosphere is lovely and isnt overwhelming, Jess took the time to talk to me so I had time to process what it is I wanted and checked in with me throughout the entire style to make sure I was still happy. Outside of that she let me sit in silence so I was able to relax without feeling pressure to socialise. She was really friendly and supportive and made the entire experience really calming. On top of that I love the hair style, she fully understood what I was after even though I'm not great at explaining it and the hair do felt really customised to my face shape and style. A genuine pleasure.”

“I discovered Kevin via a friend last October and am very impressed by his skill and knowledge. At other salons, I'd think I'd had a good cut but the effect was due to the finish and disappeared after a week or so. The style was always the same! Kevin listens and responds to my wishes but also has ideas that suit me - I'm looking forward to some great styles.
