The nursery manager, Lidia,is a godsend, always around and happy to help and provide guidance. Especially as new parents we have plenty of questions over processes and what’s “normal” so to have her to help is priceless to reassure us. Seen a couple of comments to the contrary (suspiciously posted at almost identical times) but it’s no way representative of reality.
