We had a midwife with us every minute of the 30 hour labour and eventually ended up with a caesarean and every member of staff was amazing and care couldn’t have been better. Yes it’s the nhs it’s underfunded and under-appreciated but couldn’t fault our experience.”

The room was spacious to move around in my wheelchair and there was tea/coffee making facilities. The bathroom was a good size. I couldn't use the shower, but for 1 night the sink was adequate.”
