As a young person, I'm conscious with how much this would be cost to repair and expressed this to Gary, who handled my issue with much professionalism and integrity. He called me up after a diagnosis and patiently went through different options and wanted to ensure I was 100% happy with the cost before committing and assured me that if something else occured which could see the price go up, he would speak to me about it first. My car was taken in for the entire day and my car was fixed and on the road. I cannot express how happy I am to Gary and the team. They even put a new fuse in for my radio with no added cost! I am so happy with the service that I will be returning for the future. I want to thank the team at HiQ for your hard work and care taken to get my car safely back onto the roads.”

A little while back I made the mistake of trying a different garage — and let’s just say I quickly realised why I should’ve stuck with what I knew. I had issues elsewhere, but as soon as I came back here, everything was sorted properly and professionally. Most recently, I had some work done including a screen wash pump, a new tyre, and a full air conditioning service. Everything was clearly explained and fairly priced, and they only charged me for half an hour of labour — which is rare these days! The breakdown on the invoice was really clear, with no surprise charges or vague extras. It’s hard to find a garage you trust, but I’ve always found them honest, reliable, and efficient.
