After understanding what we liked, and disliked, she advised on the different options we should consider, as well as those that would avoid 1 way flights and thus keep the cost down. After picking the area we wanted to go, Tracey was thorough in finding the best places and trips to make our holiday extra special. We weren’t the easiest customer, looking to explore different versions and options, but Tracey was super friendly, helpful and flexible throughout, working hard to find cost effective solution, not focusing on problems, to allow us to get exactly what we were looking for.
