From the very beginning of my journey four months ago, Mr. Shukla (surgeon) was exceptionally kind, caring, and supportive. As an incredibly nervous patient, I was reassured at every stage—from admission through surgery and now as I’m being discharged. The entire process was smooth, well-managed, and I was kept fully informed about everything, from medications to pre-operation steps and discharge procedures. The food was amazing, the service outstanding, and every member of staff—from doctors to the cleaning team—showed true professionalism, respect, and compassion.
