I have just started the beginners yoga and having never done yoga before I have already found it so beneficial and can't wait to come back every Wednesday evening. Loved first session so much so, I came back for an extra yin yoga class which was great. The facilities are lovely and very warm - the underfloor heating was a very good decision! As a bloke Iβm not normally into this stuff but I thought what the hell Iβll give it a go. And boy am I glad I did! The results were clearly visible by the end of the session and still continue to show. Kayleigh is amazing, take time to explain everything in detail and instantly makes you feel at ease. Doesnβt rush at all and stops the treatment whenever needed (there is some discomfort in the session but itβs so worth it!! I cannot Kayleigh and Revive enough! I felt very comfortable with him and his knowledge. So i signed the dotted line and away we went!, the procedure day came around and i had an easy day of it. Lay back for 7hrs relaxed and job was done. Over the moon with my new hair and with the crew at the haircare studio and with Ben himself. Lovely bloke. The cricket nets were in excellent condition, providing an ideal environment for practice. I found the space to be clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything needed for a great training session. What really stood out to me was the friendly and supportive atmosphere. The staff were welcoming and eager to help especially Debby she was really nice and helpful, making the overall experience even better. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just looking to have some fun and stay active, Sharnbrook School Community Center has something for everyone. I highly recommend this place to anyone in the area looking for a great spot to engage in sports and leisure activities. I canβt wait to return for more practice and to explore the other facilities they offer.β
