“When the order arrived and we immediately realised half of the order was missing, our moods plummeted. Especially as it was a special treat for my daughter's birthday. However, we got out the door straight away and tried calling a delivery guy over to ask him about it when another driver pulled up with the rest of the order. The second delivery guy said they realised the first one had picked up the incomplete order and send him with the rest. Truly brilliant service! The mistake was rectified straight away despite it being the middle of a busy period on a Friday night and we all enjoyed our treat together. Food was hot and delish! The dough is soft but never soggy, the toppings are generous, and the garlic sauce? Absolute perfection. I usually go for the BBQ Chicken Classic or the American Hot, and both are spot-on every time. What I really appreciate is how consistent they are. Whether I order through the app or pop in to collect, the food is ready when they say it will be, and the quality doesn’t dip. Staff are friendly and quick, even when it’s busy. It’s just one of those places I know I can count on when I don’t feel like cooking but still want something satisfying. Easily 5 stars from me. Inside, the place was clean and tidy, you can see right through into the kitchen and it looked well kept. At the time of writing this review they have a 5 star food hygiene rating. I ordered food for collection and it was ready at the exact time I selected. The food came out piping hot and was exactly what I ordered. Tasted great, quick and easy service so would definitely use again.”
