“We had a wonderful stay at the old chapel. This is an exceptional B&B. Rooms are very clean and have everything you need for a relaxing stay. Lots of lovely extras including home made cake and an excellent plentiful breakfast. Communication was first class throughout with extremely friendly hosts. “I had the pleasure of experiencing Moo Hatch at our recent Sales meeting, where they provided lunch for all the staff and it was an absolute hit! The burgers they served were nothing short of amazing, leading to rave reviews from everyone in attendance. The quality of food, combined with their efficient service and the convenience of their mobile setup, made our event even more special. It’s not every day you come across a burger that can genuinely impress a diverse group of people but Moo Hatch pulled it off with ease. Highly recommend for any event or gathering where you want your guests delighted and satisfied!”

“We have just returned from a fabulous family weekend stay at Weasels Way. This was our third trip to Tove Valley Cottages and it as usual it did not disappoint. The property was extremely clean and well maintained and we had all the amenities we needed. The open plan layout worked really well for 3 generations of the family and the play area was a massive hit with the youngsters. The weather was good enough to sit in the outside area which had plenty of seating for us all. A highlight was a trip to Stowe which was beautiful and recommended by the owner. We had excellent contact from Annie before and after our trip. Thank you and we look forward to another visit one day.”

“Highly recommend!! Just wish we lived closer so we could come more often. We had a table of 7 with 4 different dishes and they were all fabulous. All the food came out together and was piping hot. The service was great! Very friendly and attentive ☺️”

“Visited with a friend today, received a warm welcome. Food arrived in good time, nice and hot and portions are a good size. The sea bass was delicious and I loved my pudding with hot custard! I've been recommended the Prawn starter which will be my next choice . Thank you for a lovely meal. Parking was plenty and easy to access.”

“This is a hidden gem of a pub. You can stay overnight in your campervan, they have electric hook up and WiFi. The owners could not do enough for us, we rang to book and was told they stop serving food at 16:00hrs on a Sunday, but if we were late they would sort us out for food. We arrived an hour after they stopped serving but still welcomed us and let us choose whatever we wanted from the menus and the food was delicious. The locals were very friendly as was the staff/owners who could not do enough for us. We will definitely return when we are back in the area. 10 out of 10.”

“Can I say, that Chris and team are doing a great job, the food each time we have eaten has been excellent and really good VFM, the decor has been spruced up and most importantly for me and my mates, there are now, a couple of cask ale guest beers on tap, one of which is usually from a local brewery. We have seen tenants come and go with very mixed results, however Chris and team are right up there. Myself and everyone in the village are so pleased we have our lovely pub back!! Thank you!!!”

“Popped into the Crown today for a drink. We hadn't planned to eat, but the food being served looked too good to miss. The ladies behind the bar were very accommodating and soon prepared us a table despite them being busy already. The food was hot, delicious and a perfect portion size. The beef was exquisite! The service overall was brilliant and we were made to feel very welcome by everyone.”

“I really enjoyed my time here. Went for a family meal, and there was a wide choice of food for everyone. Quality of the food was great, and nobody had any issues. The venue was clean and welcoming, but maybe a little on the cold side with the change in temperature that day - but cant really blame them for that. Staff were all really nice and gave a great quality of service. The venue was great for us as a family to come, but it would equally be fine for just a couple to go to. My only point for improvement would be the beer selection wasnt exactly to my taste, but it might be to yours. Will definitely be making a trip there again, and hopefully when the canal museum is open too.”

“Great lunch. Arrived just as they opened and orderes small plates. Food came fast and hot. Excellent fish cake and calamari. Chorizo was not at all spicy with pleasing flavour. Good BBQ wings and honey whipped feta was great. No pic of the fiash because we ate it before I thought to take a photo. Great lunch sitting outside in the September sunshine”

“Can't agree more with those earlier reviewers. A great surprise. Lovely friendly owners. We ordered fried squid, sweet & sour soup and curry rice noodle, and ready to go in only few moment. Yummy and authentic oriental. One of the best around. Must return again.”

“I've been here 4 times and recently had my 40th here. Love it. Service, food, spa all of it fab. If I had to give feedback I'd say the bed in one of the rooms was horrible and we had a bad sleep but only the one time. The rest was fab. And the spa treatment seems to be different per masseuse. So you could have the same package as someone else but receive a totally different experience. Also I think the staff should be stricted on savings the beds policy by the main pool cafe side. That was really annoying as we couldn't sit anywhere after lunch as people put towels down. Which to be honest is just rude. That said I will continue to come back. Always amazingly relaxed afterwards”

“Four of us went for a day spa and we were very impressed. The facilities were clean and although busy it was not too busy. The buffet lunch was amazing, very fresh with so much choice. Our treatments were great. I had Ellie and she was so good I fell asleep! Very good value for money.”

“Got a kebab and chips from here for the first time. It won't be the last! The guys serving were friendly and professional. The whole place was immaculate and so clean (I tried to hand cash through a glass panel it was that clean!). The food was delicious too. They only took cash when I was there, so don't know if that's the norm, or card payments were down that evening. Very reasonably priced too.”

“Visited Towcester for the weekend, popped in on the 10th October for evening dinner, was pretty busy but food came out quick and hot. We sadly did have to rush as our table was booked for another group shortly after us. We decided to return on the 11th with a booking this time. Food was honestly 10/10, service was amazing and couldn't have asked for a better birthday meal. Many thanks to the staff for an enjoyable experience!”

I would like to think ALL burgers here are supplied as perfect as this was. Well.done to whomever made for me the first Maccies burger that actually looked like the photo!!!!”
