“we have just finished placing our order and do not need the kitchen until middle of May 2026. I just thought I needed to post a review so that others don’t miss out on their kitchens! He listened to our initial concerns and walked us through it all and just the overall level of detail and enthusiasm for our work ( even though I think my space for the kitchen is fairly small ) i dont think we would've had received such passion and excitement from our designer , Pedro, than anywhere else we visited . The level of understanding and the fact he actually listened to our needs for the space ( even though some of my ideas were fairly ridiculous ) blew us away. We must have spent close to 10 hours with Pedro over various sittings include a visit to our home , poor man ! I'm extremely excited to have our furniture delivered and for our builders to start installing . We just needed a supply only kitchen as we trust our builders to undertake the work . Pedro and his director Jaz have left me with full confidence that they will be there to make sure it all goes well . I feel assured after seeing how well this young man has worked that we will be properly supported throughout this project of ours . I’m so glad We went with our gut feeling , and spending time with many different showrooms and designers we spent a couple of weeks away thought about how we confronted our concerns with each place and decided Pedro, at Kutchenhaus made us feel at ease and the design is stunning and his service even better. “We were extending the kitchen into the garage, so our kitchen had to be designed off plan and was somewhat complex. Imogen at Nolte got the idea very quickly and came up with the best design and mock-up we saw, with a real eye for detail. She could not have been more responsive to our need for minor changes, and for reassurance regarding colours and design, and everything was backed up with full costings and pictures. Once ordered, our Shaker kitchen with a modern twist proved everything we had hoped for and the execution was exactly as promised, plus Imogen went over and above through visits to check up etc. No stone was left unturned, for clients who were probably somewhat particular! Even our builder, who installed the kitchen, was impressed, once he got over the extensive instructions in German (they were in English as well!). All was completed in three months from order to our considerable satisfaction, and Imogen helped us through the hundred little decisions which need to be made through the process with a smile and authentic interest in the outcome. We would recommend Imogen and Nolte without hesitation!”

“We visited our local Bedford store in search of a new bed frame and mattress. Arjun greeted us and was incredibly helpful. He recommended the sleep match and allowed us to try all the suggested mattresses. He answered every question we had. We found a mattress we love and also purchased an ex-display bed frame. Our bed is being delivered this weekend, so we can’t comment on its longevity yet, but Arjun’s customer service was exceptional. Highly recommended.”

“Love this store and whenever we are in MK i try to visit. They have such beautiful furniture… expensive yes but some unique pieces that you just can’t find elsewhere. Unfortunately my last visit the downstairs where they had the sale items, the lights were switched off so we couldn’t really see anything. But I’m sure if we would have asked the sales adviser he would have switched them on. Staff always very helpful.”

“Really great service and the quality of the log cabin is better than expected! I think the idea of a 'self build' initially had us concerned, but for anyone else having that concern I would say don't think twice. The delivery time was advised as 6 weeks, but was ready for delivery within 1 week of ordering which was a nice suprise. The instructions were easy to follow and the videos on YouTube were very helpful. We purchased a Terminator Log Cabin 3m x 3m, and added an additional side window. The 2 guys on delivery were very helpful and nice, dropped on the curb we which knew as per the guidance online and we unpacked and carried into the back garden, took around 30 mins so not long at all. The build itself was easy enough, hardest bit was getting it square really. Took 2 of us around 2 days to build (not DIY experts). We found the video on YouTube of the Dunster House staff building the terminator cabin useful, although it's not meant as an instructional video. The quality of the materials is fantastic, thick logs which provide a lot of insulation. We had some warped pieces, but spares are provided so we were able to discard the warped ones. It's been built now for a month or so and it has begun to 'settle', with the odd bit of movement in the logs, but nothing that we can't knocked back in. 1 piece between the door and window seems to have cracked, which is a shame since the quality overall is good, but since it's in the middle of all the logs there isn't much we can do about it, short of dismantling the whole cabin. Overall a really great experience with Dunster House and fully recommended to anyone who is unsure on level of service or quality of product.”
