I was able to book my whole holiday the same day completely stress free. Vicky was beyond helpful with any questions or concerns I had, she listened and communication was outstanding from start to finish. My Holiday was amazing, lovely hotel which was recommended by the team. I love that we got a travel guide with restaurant suggestions and things not to miss. Transport booked for us was extremely smooth and helpful (our flight was cancelled due to bad weather) which meant staying an extra day. “My most recent visit was due to having to see family in Northampton General Hospital daily for a couple of weeks. This store is close, and easily accessed on my way in/out of town. I was originally visiting the Timpsons store that is located within the Morissons here, but combined it grabbing breakfast and doing a little shopping. The cafe was great! Quiet. Easy ordering. Fully customisable meals. Good range. Very low prices. Quick service. And a fantastic fill up, which was exactly what I needed! This store has a very wide range of products, which is refreshing as it's unlike anything else local to me. The bakery and deli sections were especially nice on this trip. The store had everything I needed, and at a reasonable price too. I joined the loyatly program too, which gave me some points and some discount offers that helped too. Parking was easy. Plenty of spaces. Accessible spaces were easily found and had very easy access into the store. I'll certainly be stopping by next time I'm in the area.”

“Booked a table for 6, seated promptly, extremely busy time of the day and every table full, they still managed to serve quickly at the carvery station with lots of choice and replaced anything that was running low immediately, the atmosphere was very pleasant, family dining at its best, the food is fresh and filling, the cake after was delicious but no way we could eat it in 1 go. Its huge but from start to finish a real pleasure. And the staff are speedy. Friendly and efficient”

We don't normally book tours but due to the complex nature of gorilla trekking, national park permits, and figuring out how to get from point A to point B in Uganda it made sense and they made everything super easy for us. Amanda and Jill were both extremely helpful throughout the process, especially when we initially had to cancel in 2020 due to Covid. On the ground, the team in Uganda and the Nkuringo Gorilla Lodge were spectacular and we had an unforgettable time. I would highly recommend booking through them if you ever plan to do a gorilla trek in Uganda or Rwanda.”
