“Before working with David, anxiety and the thoughts/stories I would tell myself were taking me to such a negative place - it was impacting my daily life and took me so far away from who I was as a person. I was desperate for help but knew I needed to make life-long changes. I had never heard of hypnotherapy but was intrigued and open to giving it a try. From the first phone call with David to the sessions, everything felt very calm and reassuring when working with him. I felt at ease and confident that I could achieve a calm and positive mindset and that is exactly what happened. Not only this but I now have so much more knowledge and self-awareness after working with David. A year on from our first session, I’m still recognising when anxiety and the thoughts of self doubt appear but the difference is, I now have a bank of tools to deal with them. It’s incredible and has changed my life. David also recently transformed my sleep. Just in one session I went from being awake for hours in the night and feeling so lifeless and fed up the next day, to having new knowledge and a completely new outlook, being able to get back to sleep if I do wake. It’s been a huge relief for me and I feel amazing for it after having struggled with this for such a long time. I can’t thank David enough for bringing a wonderful sense of calm into my life and transforming it. I look back to when I was really struggling, and I’m so incredibly grateful that I gave myself the chance to work with him and for everything he’s taught me. It’s changed me as a person for the better!”

“Just come back from a great guided pike fishing trip with Steve on the river Bure, the third time, and once again he put me onto the Pike. I had 10 takes 2 dropped the bait and 2 got off near the net. The 6 landed were between 3 - 14lb I can't wait to go back, all the tackle and bait is supplied you just have bring any food and drink that you want. Great location and company!”

“We visited Stower Grange for a wedding (we took over all the rooms bar 1) and every single thing was perfect. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable and there were even homemade biscuits waiting for us on arrival. We met the hotel owner and what an absolutely charming man! He clearly loves what he does and can not do enough for you to make sure you're having a great time. The hotel looks like something from a film and the grounds are equally lovely, there's even a little swing in the garden. The breakfast options were to die for with local produce and everything cooked to your liking. We will definitely be returning.”
