The showroom layouts make it easy to visualise how things might look at home, which is super helpful when making decisions. The ambiance is bright and welcoming, with plenty of space to browse without feeling rushed or cramped. Staff were friendly and available if you needed help. Pricing is still great value for money, especially considering the style and quality you get. There are options for every budget, which is a big plus. The self-serve warehouse area was clearly marked and easy to navigate, and the checkout process was smooth, including self-checkout options that save time. There’s plenty of parking available right outside the store, and it’s free, which makes the whole trip even more convenient. Also worth mentioning—the Swedish food market and restaurant are worth stopping by. Their meatballs are always a winner! Overall, IKEA Nottingham continues to be a one-stop destination for affordable, stylish home shopping. Highly recommended for anyone furnishing or refreshing their space.”

Really appreciate the attention to detail and care and thought he put into his customer service. Which you dont tend to get in many places. “MKM had a slight issue with driver shortages on the day we’d arranged for some garden materials to be delivered, although Charlotte called us with plenty of time to either re arrange the delivery or the option to collect ourselves. Charlotte went above and beyond and the customer service we received was excellent. Really pleased with our products, good quality and far cheaper than the likes of b&q and wickes. Thank you!”

“We had fantastic help and service from Edwina when we bought our travel system. She even remembered my parents going in to look at the one we wanted! There was a great deal on an ex-display model and she even offered to book an appointment with my parents to try it at a different time, so they didn't feel they'd missed out. The staff really understand how excited people are to make some of the big purchases and Edwina went out of her way to spend time with us and make it special. Huge thank you.”

“We were after a slat of a double bed. We got a comparatively suitable size, though not exact one Yesterday. We reached at the shop just less than an hour of the store closing time. It had to be cut in to the required size. They haven’t had the machine to cut it. But a store assistant Molly helped us in cutting it manually for us. Martin, another assistant was also helpful for us in navigating some other products we wanted.”

“I went twice in a week to Netherfield branch. The first time was for advice, which I received from the lovely Kerren. On my second visit I was quite anxious about choosing kitchen cupboards,doors etc. I hoped Kerren would be there again. She was! Kerren and Karen B helped me navigate what I needed. Being Neurodivergent I struggle making decisions and at times panic. I flapped a few times and sat down to gather myself, Kerren and KarenB helped put me at ease and supported and helped me with my choices. I had financial limits so their help was really needed. I gave my thanks and said that I really appreciated their help. If it were not for them I'd probably still be crying about my unfinished kitchen. Well done to both of you and also thanks to Ian the Manager!”

“Staff in store are helpful and while you can no longer explore their five basements of back stock, ask if you're looking for something specific and they will do all they can to help you find it. Keep checking back as stock changes every few days. Keep in mind if you have it delivered staff are volunteers and it might show up with an extra scratch and unassembled, if that bothers you it's best to arrange your own collection.”

“I bought a white gloss floating shelve from my furniture and I’m very happy with delivery and quality of product. It was packaged well. I particularly like the soft close runners which makes the table feel more expensive than it actually was. It had very good stencil to mark the wall and was easy to fit. Assembly wasn’t required as arrived pre built. Very happy with the purchase”
