Relaxing afternoon in Nottingham

“We arrived at 12 noon and we're so pleased that breakfast is served all day! Good cooked breakfasts, including vegetarian. Fast service, good portion size and lovely, cosy atmosphere. Not much parking available, but we could park on the street and it was quiet due to it being the weekend. Would definitely recommend if you're in the area.”

“We have been several times to this cafe, the staff are happy and interact with you, polite but funny, each time we've been we've felt welcome and nothing is too much trouble, the food is delicious , looking forward to taking our daughter there next week when she's home from abroad. “Came here on Sunday for my friends birthday celebration. Absolutely amazing, Food was delicious and so much of it, didn't feel rushed at all. They close at 2 but as we'd not eaten everything they let us stay until we were ready to leave. Friendly and helpful from start to finish, will definitely be back for another afternoon tea. “We came in on a busy saturday morning for brunch, staff couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. Food was amazing. There was some building fault towards the end of our time there that meant they were closing early but the staff handled it amazingly and we never knew there was an issue, and we weren’t rushed to leave after they decided the kitchen had to be closed. Definitely will be making this a regular spot for weekend treats.”

“What can I say other than Kalimera is a little oasis of Greek Cypriot delicacies in Nottingham. Mixing British and Mediterranean foods on the same menu is so clever! My son and I had to try the Greek breakfast, so tasty - I recommend it as an alternative to the traditional English breakfast! The Greek sausages are brilliant! Came back the next morning to collect Galaktoboureko sweet desert- specially made so I could take some back to Wales for my Cypriot family! It was delicious! Picked up some Pastitsio and feta/spinach pie. Nottingham is so lucky to have Kalimera on your doorstep! Perfect food and friendly owners!”

“An absolute 5 star coffee house and not only for their coffee but for their hospitality too. I came to their roasting house today for 10th anniversary/birthday celebrations and had a great time enjoying their hospitality which was second to none. I am already a big fan of 200 Degree coffee and often frequent their coffee shops within Nottingham to have a very delicious Hand crafted cut of house roast coffee. “Went for lunch. The cafe was busy but managed to get a table for 3 of us. Lovely views infront of the glass floor to ceiling windows of the surrounding area. Prices are quite high, however this outweighed by the quality and selection of the food. I had quiche of the day which came with a plate full off salad and pasta with a door wedge size of quiche. Well worth the money! Good selection of drinks available with a promot service. The selection of cakes are definitely tempting as well. Will definitely pay another visit l.”
