“Have swapped from using Ilkeston Aldi to using Aldi in Heanor after having multiple negative experiences at Ilkeston Aldi. Heanor’s aldi is spacious and always well-stocked, the staff are so friendly (very different to my experience at Ilkeston). Additionally, it’s usually pretty quiet at the times we shop, and aisles aren’t often blocked by staff stocking the shelves. I’d definitely recommend this store to anyone. Also handy that it is part of a retail park so can nip to other shops if needed when nearby.”

“I have been coming to this store for over five years and I love it. They have an amazing selection of goods for a relatively small store and I can always find what I want. The staff are always really friendly and helpful when asked (but not pushy), so the reviews saying they experienced poor service do not ring true to me. Perhaps those reviewers were rude or noisy? I recommend visiting and forming your own opinion.”

“A very large store with a very large variety of items from food to fruits, drinks, meat, kitchen utensils, Christmas materials, stationery and much more. It took quite a while to walk around my first. There are others stores around the compound including a gym/sports store.”
