“Have swapped from using Ilkeston Aldi to using Aldi in Heanor after having multiple negative experiences at Ilkeston Aldi. Heanor’s aldi is spacious and always well-stocked, the staff are so friendly (very different to my experience at Ilkeston). Additionally, it’s usually pretty quiet at the times we shop, and aisles aren’t often blocked by staff stocking the shelves. I’d definitely recommend this store to anyone. Also handy that it is part of a retail park so can nip to other shops if needed when nearby.”

“Just a quick thank you, for the consideration shown last night. I never think of myself as old but I am just shy of 60. I went through the tills last night with 4x 18 can packs of diet coke c 24kg. I didn't think much of it, it's heavyish but not unwieldy. The checkout staff were concerned about me getting it to the car and really wanted to help me. Pride got in the way, I didn't take the offer but the care and thoughfullness was really appreciated.”

“This is my local Lidl store, and I come here about twice a week. There's a good range of fresh produce that's fresh and well displayed. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I have a plus card, this allows discounts on my shopping. Weekly coupons are tailored to what I buy. The Weekly themed food from around the world are a good idea, and there's always interesting.
