I attended once a week in the beginning but gradually took it down to 2 weekly, then 3, then monthly. Even though by the end of it I wasn’t struggling like I was in the beginning, those monthly sessions kept me on track, helped me to keep checking in with myself and how I was processing and dealing with things. Steve was really easy to talk to, it was a very comfortable space to talk openly in and I never felt judged, it’s only now I have moments when things happen that I might not have dealt with so well in the past that I realise how much I have grown. Steve definitely helped me learn new ways to work through any challenges that might arise. My sessions helped with so many aspects of my life and i recommend PRC and Steve in particular to anyone needing to talk to someone, I actually put my son on to PRC and will be forever grateful to les for helping him to deal with some issues he was having.
