“This is a great place to stay. It's just around the corner from a road filled with bars and restaurants and a couple of minutes to the seafront. I stayed with my 6 year old daughter and we had a family room, which was very comfortable and quiet. We really appreciated the Alexa, Netflix and other streaming services. The Internet worked really well. The downstairs communal area was also great - a huge space with pool table, table tennis table, seating and a fully equipped kitchen for everyone to use. They've really thought about everything that you'd need to have a relaxed stay. Would come again!”

The kitchen is spacious and makes cooking with others fun, the whole environment is always clean and well taken care of, and my roommates have been really nice which makes settling in so much easier. The office staff are super helpful too,they’ve helped me print things, always respond quickly whenever I need assistance, and are genuinely supportive. Overall, it feels like a safe, friendly place to live and I’m really glad I chose it.”

“Went to River Spice tonight with my partner's son. We were greeted when we arrived and shown to our table. We didn't get the gentleman's name but he gave us a first class service. We were served straight away and didn't wait long for our drinks or our food. We had chicken tikka and butter chicken with rice and naan bread. The food was perfectly cooked and very tasty. I will definitely return soon and take my partner . Thank you to the staff that were there tonight, we had a great meal and really enjoyed the experience. 5 ⭐️ is not enough we would give 10⭐️ if we could .⭐️”

“This is a fabulous place, the owner is great also. I have been coming here a long time as well as many takeouts. The flavours are excellent and good portions too. The one thing that stood out for me though is they opened up on Christmas Day evening just for us two!! Glad they did as they got a whole night of walk ins as well! For their loyalty to us I will always be loyal to this fine restaurant.”

“Lovely garage-room behind the house. Very well rebuilt garage with tiny but comfortable rooms (2?). Very quite due to being behind the house from the main road. Super nice and welcoming owner (?). Just a bit hard to reach if you are not by car. Would come back though!”

“The manager Josh was very friendly. So welcoming, we almost felt part of the family. Altho it was mid week, I was still amazed at how fast the food came out. It was obviously made with fresh ingredients, and was one of the best curries I'd tasted. If I was here for a week on Hayling Island, I would be perfectly happy coming here every evening, just to chat to Josh, and to work my way thru their menu! The restaurant was immaculately clean and airy, and had a wonderful professional atmosphere. If I ever come back to Hayling Island, Gandhi Tandoori would be the first place I'd eat.”

“We've been coming to this pub/restaurant for a while now and every time we visit we have such a lovely time. The food is incredible - always so delicious...a really thoughtful specials board too. The cocktail menu is fab and we love the fact that there are some different versions of the classics - the coriander marg is definitely one to try. Really friendly and attentive service and nothing is too much trouble. Lovely lovely place to spend some time and enjoy great seasonal (of which some is very local) food. All of the staff, from Mel in housekeeping to the Manager, are so friendly and helpful, nothing seemed to be too much trouble, at what must be a very difficult time for them. The room was spotless and had everything we needed. The breakfast and the evening meal was excellent, we really couldn't my fault it, and will definitely stay there when next in the area.
