“I think this is my favourite store in the U.K. in terms of a brand and offering. I don’t like shopping, so when I do have to I like to go to a destination that is efficient and spaced nicely. This store is laid out well and has so many different categories. The staff are always helpful and pleasant. I think all the range stores should have map layouts or better signs as most range buildings are very big and it can be difficult to find certain things, especially if on two floors. Other than that, great store and people”

“Light, spacious and well stocked. The staff are friendly and helpful and its easy to navigate around and find what you need. Access is good as there is a lift to the upper level. There you can also find a cafe that serves a range of food and drinks. There's plenty of parking and its an easy store to reach.”

“We’ve just purchased our fourth and fifth items from here and we are over the moon! All the items we have purchased have been an absolute bargain and we are so pleased with all of them. We have loved the Cotswold Company for many years so we’re very excited when an outlet popped up so close to home. We did notice at our last visit that there was less on the shop floor, but it seems that it’s because so many people have discovered this hidden gem. We reserved some items that hadn’t been put out on the shop floor yet, we got a phone call a few days later and were able to collect this weekend. The staff were really helpful and lovely.
