A lady with short hair greeted me and was so helpful in sorting through my retuns and exhanges/stock checking for an exchange, went beyond great service and was super friendly. “Visit here quite regularly now, great staff, great drinks, lots of places to sit. Myself at a recent visit was attempting to save a pigeon that had just flown into their window and severely injured itself, sadly did not survive but the girls working were super helpful. Only issue I'd say is cleanliness and not enough toilets.”

He was open, honest and answered every question I had with as much detail as possible. He told me about the negative reviews on here and explained what really happened - which to be fair, he didn't have to do. We spoke for quite some time before i purchased the car, gave me plenty of time to think things through and answered another millions questions every time i spoke to him. When an issue arised with the car after I bought it, he got it fixed and sorted for me. Nothing was too much trouble. Would recommend.”

“Recently bought a TV and tumble dryer with this branch and had stellar experience with our customer service Rep Hashim and delivery driver Michal. Hashim got us savings for our insurance and Michal specially was respectable, cheery and got the items safely in our home - even ringing us before he got here. Delivery tracking was also very easy to use. While the store is not the largest, there are plenty of knowledgeable staff that helped us get our products.”

“I can't believe there are any negative reviews for the Fareham Tesco pharmacy - they are by far the nicest, most helpful and professional pharmacy I have ever used. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The counter staff and pharmacists are very keen to provide top notch service every time - if only every pharmacy was this good! Added bonus that parking is free and you can pick up groceries while you wait for your prescription.”
