“Fantastic theater! We saw a production of The Unfriend and were super impressed by the cast, the comfy cleats and especially the ice-cream sold at the interval! Also glad we booked tickets in advance as it was a Tuesday and a sold out show. The rest of the season also looks superb, whoever is curating their shows, my hats off to them as it’s definitely more exciting and stuff I’d like to come and see if was a local (better than the stuff my brothers local theater in the midlands shows!)”

“What a treat and such a lovely iconic venue. We had seen the advertisement for Charlie and The Chocolate Factory! you know the book by Roald Dhal for children and adapted for the theatre. What a fantastic performance and great for adults too and the umpalumpas had me almost crying it was so funny. Fantastic addition to our Easter holiday on the Isle of White and so many other great shows going forward.”

“Very nice historic theatre. Bar is really good with a great mix of fairly priced drinks. Went to see the panto, Rapunzel, and really enjoyed it! Great fun for all the family. All the main cast are amazing, but I have to shout out Rubella and Jojo, who never put a foot wrong and were so good with the crowd! Dancers and secondary cast also knocked it out of the park! The only thing to bear in mind is the stage is up a fairly large flight of stairs, but if that is no worry, I definitely recommend the venue and the show.”
