The store manager on 27 December tried to help me to locate my lost property using CCTV, which really moved my heart for her kind act to a vulnerable person who is so desperate and unhappy. Although my wallet is not found. I greatly appreciate to what they have done to help especially the store manager and Dan who answer my email. Nice shop and helpful staff, highly recommended.”

“Lovely shop to buy Korean foods. There is a vast choice of noodles, snacks, ingredients, drinks etc... They also have some beauty products for sale. The service was very nice, and I had a lovely chat with the lady at the counter :)”

“I have been to many Supermarkets but this one is second to none. Super friendly staff lead by a great leader. We have recently moved to the area and every time I visit this store the staff exceeds my expectations. Whether its the manager trying to help me find the spring onions ( which were fully stocked on shelves but I failed to find) without embarrassing me and always checking how we were getting on- to Fiona going above and beyond the call of duty to find me gift bag. She went out to find me in the next door shop to tell me that she had found one for me. I have never seen a manager present and leading the staff from front as the gentleman at this store does. I can on to write an essay on this wonderful little store :)”

“Collect Toogoodtogo bags from here. Don't need petrol as have electric car but the staff seem very friendly and when I need essentials like milk they are in stock and reasonably priced, although the shop is tiny.”

“I use my local Marks & Spencer regularly and the staff have always been fantastic, however, this week (12.06.2023 approx: 15:30) I witnessed just how ‘above and beyond’ they go. An elderly gentleman came into the store, he was obviously disoriented. Staff pulled together to assist him without a thought. Janet patiently spoke to him and helped him find the few items he wanted. Then the store manager (I am so sorry I’m not sure I have remembered his name correctly) Abdulla? He was a young dark haired man. He actually walked the gentleman home!!!. They were keen to make sure he was ok and advised that he does come in regularly but he is not usually as confused. The patience and care they showed this gentleman really touched me and restored my faith in humanity, particularly in a world where it seems large companies are keen to push ‘money saving technology’. Thank you!!!”

It is also a drop-off for Amazon and Evri returns (and the aforementioned lady was very helpful in assisting my useless husband when he was trying to make a return!).”

“Excellent Vape shop! Extensive amount of vaping kits/devices and juices to go with them. Loads of different brands of juices to choose from particularly my favorite brand riot salts and riot squad. Staff are very knowledgeable are always on hand ,to help show you how to setup up and use whichever vaping kit you purchase. Also very good at advice and genuinely pointing you to the best value for your budget. Keep up the good work!”

“A great shop to buy fresh fruit and vegetables and lots of Asian cooking supplies you don't find in some other shops. The staff are very kind and friendly and make shopping here a nice experience. Special mention to Mohammed who runs the place and Sylvie who is also often behind the counter. They give much more personal and friendly service than you would get in a chain supermarket.”
