“I’ve been coming here for a good 3 years now and I always look forward to my visit. Everyone in the salon is lovely and from when you first walk in you feel welcome. Andreea is who I usually see for my colour and I’m hesitant to sing her praises too much so it doesn’t make it harder for me to book with her! But she really is brilliant. She knows her stuff and she will tell you honestly what can realistically be achieved and her finished work - well I haven’t been this happy with my hair for years! It’s the healthiest it’s ever been and her efforts make me feel so good about myself. I can just chill out and feel pampered and know the quality of work is excellent. Love the massage chairs and head massage at the hair wash station too, and they do a decent coffee as well :) thanks Dawn, Andreea and your excellent team!”

“This was my first time at rural fringe salon and I had a wonderful experience with both Madi and Lea who two teamed my hair! Everyone is so warm as soon as you walk in, and are so knowledgeable. They let my hair lift for quite a long time in order to match my inspiration picture exactly. My hair has never looked so good, thank you so much for your hard work! Marianne worked with him at his level sometimes on the floor while he was playing and sometimes outside ! Today, though it is still not his favourite activity he sits calmly in the chair and talks to Marianne while having his hair cut. This success is down to Marianne’s calmness, experience, careful use of the scissors and patience treating him with respect and care to make him feel at ease and engaged in the situation. Eve gave me a thorough consultation before and gave me her advice on what she could do. She did such an amazing job at the colour correction and was really lovely and helpful. She gave me some lowlights and highlights to correct the patchy colour in my hair and created a beautifully blended balayage and I’m so happy with it. I was also really well looked after throughout the appointment with lots of drinks offered to me and checking in on how I was doing. I will definitely be coming back.”
