“Last summer Russell came to investigate a potential leak and a chemical imbalance with the pool. He took a lot of time to test areas for the leek, resolved it and changed the sand in the filter. The results have been great. The best impact was opening the pool this year it was clear and water level had not changed. A great relief and no more throwing chemicals at the problem. A great job well done. He was also able to source an electrician to change the timer”

“Dinton Pastures Country Park is my favorite of the bunch—peaceful, playful, and full of charm. There’s still water and ducks to enjoy, plus fun paths to wander, excellent play areas for kids, and even a dog wash machine at the end (love that detail). It’s all just… lovely, really. A perfect mix of nature and little comforts.”

“Great little dog walk area, nice view points, not a large route and it's very flat and easy to walk, few ducks and swans in the lake which is lovely,on a sunny day it looked gorgeous. Very well sheltered in the trees too so not too hot despite good weather. Carpark isn't huge but I found there was still plenty of space despite it being prime walking time.”

The route is perfect for pushchairs and offers lovely views across the water, where you can spot swans, ducks, and other birdlife. For those wanting a longer stroll, the 2.2-mile Woodland Walk takes you through ancient woodland and across a boardwalk over Longmoor Bog, a Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI). This trail feels like a real escape into nature, with rare mosses and plants creating a serene atmosphere. Excellent for Kids & Family Time This is where the park truly shines for families. The adventure play area is fantastic, modern, and engaging. It's split into two main sections: * The Sensory Garden: Aimed at younger children, this area features creative water play sections, a colourful pirate ship, musical chimes, and gentle climbing frames. * The Wild Wood: Designed for older, more adventurous kids, this part includes a fantastic large wooden treehouse, climbing structures, a zip line, and swings. During the warmer months, the paddling pool is an enormous hit (booking is usually required). With ample space for picnics and Jacksons Café on-site offering delicious food and drinks with a view of the lake, you can comfortably spend the entire day here. Relaxed Family Fishing For those looking to introduce their kids to fishing, Longmoor Lake is ideal. It is a well-stocked coarse fishery, offering a relaxed and picturesque environment. “Ny kids have the most enjoyable time at this soft play the manager always welcomes us with the kindest warmest smile. The soft play is so clean. Whilst my children enjoy a run around I always enjoy my hot beverages and jacket potato made by Tracey she’s so friendly and one of the reasons I always find myself coming back to this soft play”

“I love going to St Crispins Leisure centre. Reception staff are super fantastic. Nothing ever is too much trouble. Instructors are extremely professional and you get so much put from classes. Location and convenience, car parking is super convenient. Dave has helped me to understand some of the issues I had over the years with losing extra pounds; he is an asset to the centre. Classes, times are excellent for so many of us. 10 out of 10.”
