“We went to Davock on recommendation from a friend, we wanted a company that would take on the full works for us. Davock did just that, removing a load bearing wall, building a new wall up on another part of the room, rewired kitchen, installed new lighting and sockets, plumbing works, plastering, install new kitchen and appliances and new flooring in kitchen, hallway and living room. This was all done well within the timescale Andy gave us. We are highly delighted with our brand new kitchen and wished we would have done this years ago. All the workmen that came into our home were friendly and very polite, turned up on time and got on with their work and tidied up at the end of the working day. I definitely would recommend Davock for a new kitchen, they are of very high quality and excellent range and service. I would like to thank everyone that made our dream kitchen come true. “This shop is a true gem, if I've ever needed something fo rmy DIY and cleaning needs they've got it! Whilst nipping in for something I stumbled upon the Elfbar and Lost Mary vapes they were selling for £5 which is the cheapest in the area. Not only am I no longer a smoker but I'm also no longer a vaper. The staff have been more than kind, it's like talking to a family member or friend. In conclusion, this DIY shop has become my go-to destination for all my DIY needs.”

“We had a beautiful lunch at this tea room today. I had quiche with new potatoes, salad and coleslaw. My husband had cottage pie with peas. We had to wait a little while as it is cooked to order but well worth waiting for and it arrived piping hot. We ate in The Dog House as we had our dogs with us. We've had tea and cake there before but not had a meal but we'll certainly have a meal there again. A lovely walk round the lake and reasonably priced parking all added to a lovely afternoon out.”

“Just had bathroom completely ripped out and redesigned. Martin listened to what I wanted and designed the bathroom as I would like it and I wasn't easy to please, but he managed it with patience. Fitters Dave and Karl with a k, were superb. Cannot fault the workmanship. I would have these lads working on anything. In fact when they finished we missed them. Would certainly recommend Platinum, and Start to finish to anyone.”
