“I have an apology to make, I left a negative review, which was left in haste and off the back of frustrations and information that I later discovered were not the fault of Reeds Rains. I must eat humble pie as since speaking with Chloe, on a daily basis has made me realise that I should have dealt with the situation differently. Chloe has been unbelievable, she is supportive, professional and quite frankly amazing! She has updated, chased, and reassured me at every step. Moving house is stressful but she has managed to help me support my elderly mother in getting things done! Please forgive me for my initial rant, lesson learnt for me and some faith in the process. A huge thank you to Chloe at Reeds Rains Chesterfield!!”

“I have been a customer here for the last couple of years since I moved to the area. The staff are incredible. Very helpful and knowledgeable and go above and beyond to provide you with as much help as possible. They sold me new hinges for my late dads fishing box and even offered to fit them free of charge. They helped with my purchess of gardening equipment, decorating, and power tools, and gave me top advice and even a demo when I asked about shelf hanging. This store sells absolutely everything you need at a decent price and if they haven't got it they will order it in. The best customer service I've ever received. And never an off day. “First Breakfast visit , WOW , what a fantastic welcome from every single member of staff on duty 1/11/25 , we came into contact with including chef , it was very obvious it’s a lovely place to work , everyone presented as enjoying work , very friendly, informative , helpful and engaging , the restaurant was lovely and clean , what a lovely cooked breakfast, I had 2 today , the continental choice was lovely and the choice of drinks available puts any other chain to shame . We will definitely be back and we are letting all our friends know we loved our visit. I do hope we won’t be disappointed in future visits, but somehow I don’t think so , well done everyone”

“Great place to stay. The staff were really helpful, friendly and seemed to genuinely enjoy their job. We turned up a group of 5 blokes on motorbikes and were made to feel welcome. Very clean rooms and fantastic facilities. Always loads of hot water and the breakfast was great.”

“Started using toolstation over the last few months a bit more than competitors due to good pricing and a consistent 5% discount for trades. Jenny has been very friendly, helpful and chatty. “Enjoyed the roast dinner sitting outside in the sunshine one late April Sunday. Great pint of Landlord, too. Themed nights including Caribbean. Nice pub with contemporary decor that has kept some traditional features inside, with the added outside area having been created to a great standard. Bikes zooming past along Chesterfield Road a bit annoying but the food distracted from that. Choice of beef, chicken or gammon, large freshly made yorkies, cauliflower cheese, a massive boat of gravy and accompanying veg. Good portion.. although it needed to be at £16! I would mention more about the high price of a Sunday lunch here, was it not for the fact that it was blooming delicious!! Grandma's Bread and butter pudding to finish (bloody lovely Grandma) and a couple of pints of Rutland ale. Great pub and well positioned for local walks before or after to Ashover and beyond. Great food, Good beer selection, well placed to explore the area and make a day of it.”

“Best place to eat in our area, 3 generations are able to eat here and even my dad likes it (he's a retired 1/2 Hungarian chef, who likes 3 places in the whole of Barnsley) As a disabled single mother, I struggle finding places to eat that I feel comfortable in. But the staff here not only accommodate every odd request my toddler makes but helps me in and out of the cafe with my pushchair This cafe is disability friendly and they are always happy to help if they can”

“Excellent hospitality, clean place, Very good location. It was my first time to stay in a serviced apartment so i did not know much about it but Queen Stay is amazing & LUXURY. Actually much better than a hotel. I would definitely stay again when I comeback to Sheffield and highly recommend it.”
