Asked for a sandwich made from sourdough as I have a slight intolerance to gluten so I eat sourdough instead of normal bread as it is better for me. They didn't have any but sent a member of staff across the road to get some. Top customer service. And the apple and strawberry crumble my partner had was beautiful.”

“Visiting Mansfield for first time in many years due to a recent family bereavement, and found Lucy’s cafe very close to the bus station. Staff were really friendly, and nice welcoming feeling. Had a couple of really nice coffees, and some breakfast, all of which were lovely. Service was friendly and welcoming. Stopped by the following weekend when visiting again and will do so again when I’m next in town visiting my grandma.”

“I’m impressed, ordered salt & pepper chips, sweet and sour chicken balls & bbq ribs in bbq sauce, each dish was perfect, piping hot and very tasty!. The highlight would definitely have to be the chips, nice and crispy outside with plenty of flavour and soft and potatoey inside, not like most other Chineses where the chips are dry and bland. Absolutely delicious!”

“I visited early evening to the Clowne store with a long list of items due to me moving house. The store was fairly busy but not crowded. Every member of staff that I dealt with was very friendly an helpful and to cap it all every item was in stock. I akso remembered other things that I needed and they were all available as well. First class.”

“Never fail to find a bargain in Wilko. On this visit, that bargain was a Venetian blind for just £2.50. Of course, everything I actually called in for was also reasonably priced too. The lady that served me was lovely and the two members of staff that I spoke to on the shop floor were very helpful.”

“I visited costa today to buy a coffee for my train. There was a long queue but I was served in time to board my train. I was hugely impressed by the calmness and efficiency of the single barista working there (I think she was called Natasha).
