“I've just removed my last post wich wasn't great. Over the last year you have made so many excellent improvements at the checkouts of self service. And lots more around the store. Well done to you all. And I can not stay away when you have shoulder of lamb at £6.50 a kilo, im fed up off leg only being discounted when the shoulder is more flavorful. “Nice quiet wee motorway stop off, when we were there it was quiet, but still well staffed. Coffee was surprisingly Starbucks and the tea was good too and there is a pretty standard range of sandwiches, snacks and cakes. Toilets are fresh, well maintained and clean, there is a small but functional carpark and a drive through window.”

“Booked table as there were 6 of us. Staff most accommodating. We needed children's and gluten free meals. Children's were brought quickly and very good sized portions. Gluten free fish and chips were lovely. I'd go again”

“Lyndon - an employer who works there helped me and my mum put together a coffee table as we had to return it twice in the same day due to the screws not working properly as they did not fit or connect properly, he swiftly noticed this and agreed the screws were at fault and nothing we had done wrong. We really needed the table but instead of us taking back another one, he fitted it together for us so we didn’t have to struggle which really made our day. He was so kind and thoughtful, the quality of service was amazing, so amazing we had to leave feedback and review. Thanks Lyndon from Parkgate, Rotherham Argos, you’re a wonderful employee!!”

He's dealt with me a couple times regarding a Bluey shopping centre (Hammerbarn) and each time I received the wrong item without the tradies truck. Online services were useless and were of no help. Well today, he went above and beyond and reached out to my next local store for the correct item and got them to reserve it for me. He's an absolute asset to this store and you've made my little girl so happy. I'm very grateful. He was kind enough to gift me a 10% off voucher for my trouble which he didn't have to do but kindly did so. Thank you!”
