A great welcome from all… locals, residents and staff. Stefan the landlord and Donna his bar manager are brilliant, we felt so comfortable and welcome. A great pub, that’s held its charm. “I have been a customer here for the last couple of years since I moved to the area. The staff are incredible. Very helpful and knowledgeable and go above and beyond to provide you with as much help as possible. They sold me new hinges for my late dads fishing box and even offered to fit them free of charge. They helped with my purchess of gardening equipment, decorating, and power tools, and gave me top advice and even a demo when I asked about shelf hanging. This store sells absolutely everything you need at a decent price and if they haven't got it they will order it in. The best customer service I've ever received. And never an off day. We are so pleased that we used this lovely little business, they more than met our initial vision and far surpassed our expectations on delivery and completion. We had looked at Howdens, Wren and other independents however none came close to what The Little Kitchen Factory offered and delivered. The transformation from our previous small dingy kitchen and dining room to the bright, light, well appointed space is remarkable. All this is down to this local business where passion and customer care are not just strap lines on a flashy advertisement. Under Paul the director, who truly takes time to address any unexpected issues, there is a talented team who all in turn apply their skills and knowledge to produce a top class product. John in sales is fantastic, patiently listens to the customer’s idea, to then guide them through a far better solution! No pressure, just years of understanding his trade and knowledge, with a keen eye to envisage the very best options for a limited space. The fitting team were brilliant, Daz and Harry undertook the bulk of the work. Daz was extremely helpful and his attention to detail ensures a very high quality finish. Thank you so much for the care you took and the extras you kind carried out. I cannot find fault with this business, this post does not come near explaining the customer care delivered. Make them a top priority to visit as you start your new kitchen search. You will not be disappointed. “We have enjoyed using our bespoke wooden kitchen for 4 month now. Darryl was very friendly on our first visit to the showroom. He really emphasised that their team have the skills to make your design a reality. We can vouch by the end result of our kitchen, that they absolutely do. Chris, the master craftsman and Brent, the expert finisher did a fine job in making it. The balance of the kitchen looks great. We especially love our semi-integrated dishwasher that Chris worked into the kitchen with a wooden front. It looks absolutely awesome. The solid feel of the doors and worktop, coupled with the history and nature of the reclaimed wood is exactly what we wanted. You are getting extremely high quality substantial furniture. We had a few minor worries. However, Chris and Brent never shied away from working to find a solution, and always came up with one. They were genuine, friendly, and conscientious throughout. Sarah listens to really get a sense of what you’re trying to achieve (and helps with calculations where you’re not sure!). If you have a very specific product in mind, she will try to get it and, if she can’t, she’ll come up with something similar. She gets products in quickly, chases things up for you - just brilliant. We’ve done two fantastic and very different bathrooms - almost wholly sourced via this company - new radiators, and various plumbing parts. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.”
