“Petshop was ok, proper old school petshop where you can get many products you could not source elsewhere. “I took my 11 month old german shepherd to the groomers for the first time and the staff there were absolutely fantastic, the same can be said for all the staff at this branch. I could tell from the start that they genuinely care about the animals as my dog won't even let us touch her paws to trim her nails however the groomers had no issues whatsoever. I'll definitely be bringing her back.”

“My husband and I visited the store today to pick up a few things for our three dogs, and we were lucky enough to be helped by a lovely lady named Susan. She was absolutely amazing – friendly, fun, and incredibly knowledgeable. We were looking for flea treatments, and Susan pointed out that the one we usually buy wasn’t actually the most effective. She took the time to explain the differences and recommended a better option that actually saved us money too! “I am a big fan of Waitrose offering free coffee as a jesture not just to their customers but to their local community.
