There is a nationwide shortage of certain medication so sometimes items are not available, which is not the fault of the chemist. Always get a tx saying our. Meds are ready. “In my personal opinion, I have nothing but 5 stars for this pharmacy, I've been on my current medication for 12yrs, been with well at balderton & they still have times where they can't seem to order enough in but are quite happy to give the last in the cupboard to a walk in knowing I'm in next morning as I'm on 12hrly release so my next dose on themorning I arrive is at 10am....... I quite often end up here & 3 they can fill it straight away (luckily hubby is off work so can drive me, but I don't drive) so grateful for these guys... Thank you”
