I’m absolutely sure that the improvement in my shoulder has only been achieved thanks to their thorough approach, and the follow-up care and guidance have been especially helpful in supporting my recovery between appointments. The dentist that saw us this morning was so kind and helped to put the children at ease. Explained everything in a really kid friendly way and was so patient with them. “I underwent a procedure yesterday led by Mr Rednic and his team. This was following an NHS referral (so I was there as an NHS patient) from my home 60 miles away. Everything ran exceptionally smoothly and every member of staff onsite took a dignified and patient-centred approach to my care. I was welcomed warmly by the reception team, who were very responsive to my partner’s questions. I’m quite an anxious patient when it comes to surgery and each person from the ODPs and nurses to the anaesthetist, doctors and surgeons did what they could to reassure me. I felt quite queasy and in pain after; the nurse in charge (whose name I am struggling to remember) addressed this swiftly. The doctor who discharged me (again, apologies for not remembering the name) was wonderfully friendly and had everything ready for me. At the end a lovely student nurse removed my cannula very gently and helped me take my belongings to meet my partner. Overall, I couldn’t recommend this facility enough and if I ever do require surgical care again I wouldn’t hesitate to go down the private route and choose this hospital.”

“Just had my feet 'seen' to by Debbie :) I have ingrowing toenails and can no longer cut my own toenails. Debbie has sorted them out. Kept me informed every step of the way and my feet feel wonderful. A spa session for my feet, perfect.”

Street dance with Rich is also one of my favourite classes, he is energetic and entertaining and it is an excellent class for improving my aerobic and anaerobic capability. The last class I can't live without is Yoga, my flexibility has improved so much, and getting up off the floor is so much easier, thank you Emma great job”

“I made my first visit to Barefoot Physiotherapy yesterday and although I rarely write reviews I was so impressed I felt I had to this time. Booking was easy and I had an appointment within a few days. The premises are well located on the main street and there is parking either directly outside or just around the corner. Helen, my physio, was friendly and welcoming and I felt at ease straightaway. The pre-appointment admin was straightforward and the treatment room warm and comfortable. The treatment on my longstanding shoulder problem (I'd thought it was an upper arm issue before the session), was excellent. It took about 10 minutes for Helen to diagnose what the problem was and the rest of the session was massage, manipulation and exercises to alleviate it. It certainly did the trick and by the end of the session I was very relaxed and pain free, which has continued into the next day. I had my best night's sleep for ages. It's not completely cured of course but the ongoing home exercises Helen gave me will work towards that and I have another session next week to have further treatment and check progress. Overall, I'm very, very impressed and can't recommend Helen highly enough. She is friendly, informative, relaxing, highly skilled and very professional. I won't put up with niggling, irritating pain in the future. Thank you!”

“I had a prominent and dark bruise on my face that had happened 24 hours prior to visiting Bentley Brook Clinic for a treatment. I was unable to cover the bruise with make-up because it was so dark. While there Lisa suggested using the Celluma on it. CELLUMA IS A MIRACLE ! After less than 24 hours I was able to successfully cover the bruise with normal concealer. 48 hours later I was able to cover it with just a light foundation and 72 hours later the bruise has completely gone. I expected to have the bruise for at least 2 weeks. I am in shock and disbelief at how the bruise has disappeared within 3 days of the Celluma treatment, which incidentally is painless and completely relaxing!”
