Greeted by a friendly member of staff who took my order number and got my items quickly. Easy to use and very covid friendly. Highly recommend as a good covid secure way to shop during this lockdown. Products of a good quality as always from Dunelm.”

The lady assistant who helped me was so good, she even fetched one of their largest dinner plates from the shop shelf, to see if it fitted in the microwave for me.
