“This is a diamond hiding in plain sight! A perfect cozy and comfortable restaurant. Food is just right with lots of flavour and variety. Staff are welcoming and friendly with right right amount of interaction and interest. I've eaten here a few times now and have not been disappointed. Outdoor, covered eating space or roomy warm interior. Many drink options to choose from ales, cocktails, spirits and wine. For a privately owned and run local restaurant this is somewhere I would always recommend and when possible (as not local) eat at.”

“What a fantastic place with a fabulous restaurant and staff that are the friendliest, welcoming people we've ever met in a hotel. The food is some of the best food we've eaten albeit quite expensive compared to other restaurants but absolutely worth every penny however the only slight criticism is the drinks are very expensive, ie £6.50 for a bottle of water and I think it worked out at £13.75 for a double barcardi and a bottle of diet coke as there was no draft coke. We live in a main city so are used to paying inflated prices but the drinks are more expensive than Manchester city prices, but we'd definitely stay here again because everything else was perfect, and it's literally across the road from where we pick the cruise up from.”

“Ciao Belli is a cozy and very pleasant place with an Italian atmosphere. The coffee is delicious and aromatic - it's clear that they really care about quality here. The pastries are delicious, with a crispy crust, perfect for coffee. The place is small, but stylish and comfortable - great for both conversations and a quiet break alone. The staff is friendly, the service is fast and attentive. I will definitely come back again!”

“Saw a number of people on Reddit recommending this place as the best for pizza in Southampton so thought I’d give it a try. We had the Smokey’s Special and the Seafood pizza on the collection deal. Both were great with plenty of toppings and a delicious thin bade. We’ll definitely go back. Staff were friendly when I collected. Only slight problem was that it was difficult to find a nearby parking space.”

“Everything is fantastic and fresh!!! We love the heavily loaded pizzas. The stuffed crusts are a yummy meal in themselves ♡ The fried chicken is soft and succulent from the inside and lovely and crispy on the outside. This is our favourite fast food place!! The owner and staff are very welcoming and hospitable.”

“Wow! Iv ordered From here before but ordered the Bassit special meal this evening and whole family is very impressed . There is sooo much food! 2 medium pizzas, fluffy soft dough and they don’t skimp on the topping and tasted great. 2 medium kebabs great size and salad was fresh and you get loads, we haven’t even touched the box of chicken and chicken wing s yet or the garlic bread . Came with a bottle of Full fat coke which makes a nice change from the diet crap most takeeay places give you for free. It looks like we have a a new favourite takeaway . Thank you!”

“We visited on a Saturday evening. Glad we booked a table as the restaurant was rather busy. Seated upstairs, a little bit cramped and a tad noisy. Pizzas that we ordered arrived fairly quickly. Probably one of the best pizzas I've had at a restaurant. Would definitely recommend.”
