“Extremely good price! I got a small english breakfast for only 7£ and it was delicious! All of the food was hot, fresh and so flavorful! The interior is gorgeous and cozy. Staff is attentive and helpful. Will definitely come back again.”

“Really enjoyed our breakfast at Bill's. Their big breakfast isn't as big, but was definitely delicious and hence I was able to completely polish it off. They even changed the egg to match my preference. The bacon, baked beans, eggs, mushrooms, and sausages were cooked to perfection. The black pudding however was not my favourite. Their jam and toast martini with vodka was one of my favourite things all day. Definitely try this if you visit.”

“Sitting in conservatory, was very comfortable. We just had cappuccino and cake then later pot of tea and chocolate tiffin. It was very nice. Staff were excellent, carrying a tray of tea/cake for me and clearing table when needed.”

“Slightly biased as have been coming here since the early 80s, and although we miss the old style pub, it could have ended up much worse than it is design wise. Food quality is back on an even keel and is consistently of good quality and presentation this taking away that level of apprehension you feel when you go to so many restaurants these days. Shout out to the young ladies and men of the service team who provide a very professional level of service in a pub / restaurant which I know for a fact can suffer from some challenging customers at times...”

“We could not recommend Tina and Nic’s place more, we had an absolutely perfect stay. Firstly, Tina offered to pick us up from the train station since it was supposed to rain when we arrived, and when we made it to her place she greeted us with a fresh cup of tea. The place is immaculate yet so cosy, and our room was beautiful with a very comfortable bed and big clawfoot bathtub! We could see some of the New Forest wild horses from our window, and Tina and Nic had even provided chocolate bunnies as we were there over Easter. The place is perfectly situated, as if you turn right you can walk straight into the forest, and if you turn left you can easily get to the main street in less than 10 mins. Breakfast in the morning was delicious and fresh, and Tina even has wellies, rain coats, etc. so that you are prepared for any sort of weather. She was also able to help recommend some hikes and walks so that we could get the most out of our weekend. We will absolutely be back!”

“A massive thank you to Ali and Nick at Lyndhurst House. We stayed in the cheekily named Horse Box room, a gorgeous en-suite room on the 1st floor of this immaculate, homely, boutique bed and breakfast in the centre of Lyndhurst. Ali and Nick were the perfect hosts while we visited the area for the Southampton Boat Show. The breakfast was delicious, with loads of variety, and all local and fresh. Highly recommend a lovely long stay here.”

“Lovely friendly B & B, very accessible from the centre of Lyndhurst, yet quiet in its location. Everything we could possibly want was in the room. Perhaps slightly more space to lay things on could have been provided, but we understand there's a refurb on the cards and this will be addressed. A great find!”

“An excellent accommodation for our visit to the New Forest area, an ideal location with everything we needed. Lovely property, very clean with attractive gardens.We were made welcome by our hosts, who were very helpful. There was a great choice for breakfast. We would certainly be happy to come back.”

“A excellent cafe/bistro situated approx 10 mins walk from Winchester Station. It's a Hip & Happining place to enjoy your food. I had scrambled eggs on toast and it was lovely with a cup of pot of tea. The staff are all very friendly and very polite. Be aware it does get busy so get there early if you can. Most of the seating is inside.”

“We had a superb visit to Taco Taco. The owners/ chefs are friendly and clearly passionate about their dishes. The food was amazing and the best presentation of Mexican food I've ever seen (and I've tried a lot). The sweet potato Taco was my favourite and the pineapple margarita went down very well. Will definitely be returning again. We did book a table in advance via direct message.”

“Dropped in for a caf brunch ended up having a really tasty keto brunch, the wife had eggs and avocado Benedict and kids had cozy meals. Everyone loved their food the service was fast and polite. The cafe was nice and clean. All round we just had a great experience.”

“A gem of a café. Hidden away on an enterprise estate, seek it out as the food is exactly what you hope to find for breakfast, brunch or lunch! Only one smashed avo item on the menu but plenty of bacon, sausages, eggs, cheese, beans and delicious granary toast. Staff are friendly and chatty creating a lovely atmosphere.”

“Hursley Cafe is definitely the café we’ve visited the most since moving to Southampton. With its great value for money, we find ourselves coming here almost every Sunday. This is a record of our visit two weeks ago, after our eldest daughter and her friend finished rugby practice in Eastleigh. We ordered Egg Royale, Lasagne, a Kids’ Meal, Mocha, and Hot Chocolate. The food quality was excellent, and the portions were generous. This café gets extremely busy on Sunday mornings, so we highly recommend calling ahead to make a reservation to avoid long waiting times.”
