We are then greeted with a waiting room that has plenty of comfortable seating, hand sanitising facilities and a chilled water dispenser with enough plastic cups. There is space to walk around and the queue goes down quite quickly but there is a wait to be seen. The review practitioners knowow their stuff and will seek a second opinion if one is warranted. The advice is clear, easy to understand and helpful l, while my questions were answered in a way I could easily comprehend.”
