“I recently stayed at the Premier Inn Southampton Airport because my flight was cancelled. While I was disappointed about the cancellation, my overall experience at the hotel was exceptional. The hotel was clean comfortable and welcoming and the standout factor was the outstanding service from the staff. “Went there for brunch 11am booked a table in advance, the place is spacious and wasn't to busy, the stuff that serves was excellent and the food wasn't late to come after we ordered the portions are true american style and would go back there again. The kids menu was 2pounds and was llenty of food for a 10 and 7 year old”

“Twsited Cuisine opened shortly after we moved to Southampton and it quickly became out favourite takeaway. We have tried many dishes form both the Thai and Italian menus and have been impressed every time. We recently ordered pizzas for the first time and we both thought they were the best pizzas we had eaten in a long while. All in all a big thumbs up and our compliments to the chef.”

“Nicole at the front desk was lovely. Thank you for the great service Nicole and all the front desk ladies. Rooms are clean and have all the essentials. My bathroom in room 523 had several cracked tiles in the bathroom, but it didn’t affect my stay. Shower was nice and hot; excellent water pressure. Room had no odor and was genuinely clean. Nice welcome letter from the manager. There’s a restaurant and bar inside in the lobby. No in room refrigerators. I’d stay here again.”

“Booked into this hotel for one night because it was so convenient to the cruise ship I was boarding the following morning. Hotel has a large car park and was so easy to find. Breakfast was great lovely selection Rooms immaculate and so comfortable and evening meal was also good with an extensive menu.”

“UNBELIEVABLE service at this, “supposedly budget” hotel. I booked 8 rooms for 1 night for 15 guests, before we departed on a cruise. EMMA, who I believe is the manager, I really hope I have her name correct, was incredible. She rang me 2 days before our stay to confirm my booking. I informed her we were attending a wedding on QM2, also it was the grooms birthday the night we stayed, and if possible could she acknowledge both occasions…. WOW WOW WOW did Emma acknowledge both celebrations going above and beyond expectations. Starting with the room the bridal couple stayed in, it was amazing, decorated with banners & balloons & various treats including 2 bottles of Frexinet and champagne flutes, also a happy birthday banner above the bed. Emma also put all guests on the same floor, put us in a private area for dinner, in which she also decorated our table, then brought out a birthday cake for Gerry and same again the private area for breakfast. Now then, PREMIER INN SOUTHAMPTON CENTRAL, please please commend Emma and take care of this wonderful employee as she is a fantastic asset to your company. She told us she was moving to your Portsmouth hotel as it was nearer to her home, all I can say is anyone that visits that hotel is in for a treat. Oh and by the way, the room’s were all great with fantastic pillows, and the meal deal, dinner and breakfast was unbelievable value for money.”

“We really loved it! We arrived at 10 and they were closing in half an hour - but stuff was really friendly and cool to take! make! and serve the amazing mea for us! We LOVED it! Meat was super delicious or maybe we were too hungry! Anyway. It’s really cool place to get some food and enjoy yourselves! Ah! Also. Mojito was good as well!”

“I ordered a pizza it was absolutely amazing! The cheese was perfectly melted and the mix of chicken and lamb doner gave it an incredible flavor. Everything was fresh well-balanced and full of taste. Definitely one of the best pizzas I’ve had in a long time. Great job – I’ll be coming back for more!”

“I have visited this shop a few times in the last month and one thing this shops always does is say hello when I walk in which shows they care about there customers. The shelves are always stocked and I have never had any issues finding what I need. Security on the door will happily make you queue outside of there are too many people inside. All staff always wear masks as well. There is also a small car park for about 10-15 cars around the back. Thank you and keep up the good work.”

“Only rating 5 star for Roshack, he was extremely helpful. I got the wrong deal and he recognised that straight away and informed me. He also went and brought the bottles from the shelf for me to look at as I was in a hurry. I guess that some would say this should be standard service, but unfortunately it isn't nowadays!! Give this man a raise or at least employee of the month... Or something similar”
