“I need to get to a lot of medical appointments at the moment and can't currently drive, as well as needing to get to and from the station, so I've had well over a dozen journeys with them in the last few months. Every driver I've had has been absolutely lovely, making sure I'm ok getting in and out of the car and they've all been very friendly. They're occasionally busy so it'll take 15/20 minutes but they'll always say when you call. There is also an email address you can use for booking which I have for important appointments and they've always been on time.”

“The delivery driver Ben could not get to my house because of emergency gas works and road closures so I spoke to Adrian (both from Depot 5 at Chandlers Ford) and between them they managed to arrange for me to meet Ben on a different drop and get my parcel on the same day. This meant I didn’t have to drive miles to the depot the next day. Adrian was fantastic on the phone and kept me updated as well as being courteous, polite and extremely helpful. Ben was so apologetic for not being able to get to my house (which was completely beyond his control) and was also kind, courteous and extremely helpful.
