First person to speak to Ian helped me said they could get a rotavator to us by the afternoon. I asked him if he could get it to us as soon as possible and he did. Brilliant customer service. Delivered by Steve the driver what a lovely person. He showed my son in law how to use the rotavator and then left. Sadly we couldn't get it to work so we called Ian back and Steve was back with minutes sorting it out. Ten out of ten for customer service.
